Professional Bits
As a PMP®, managing the projects of organizations, large and small, I came  to realize that my client corporations employ very capable staff members, fully able to manage their own projects if only given the opportunity and proper skill sets. My goal was to reduce my clients' dependence on outside consultants when it came to managing internal projects and to build the skills of those with whom I worked. Twelve years ago I set about developing workshops and approaches to advance my clients' project management skills, motivate them to use those skills, and to encourage and instill the confidence required for success. In helping others succeed, I found my niche and made it official by founding Baldus Consulting, LLC. Through three day workshops, one-on-one and group coaching, and targeted sessions lasting one to several hours, I seek to develop other professionals using a positive, engaging facilitation style. Whether a client is a Fortune 500 company, a small start-up, or a civic organization, I assist people in applying project management skills that provide value in any environment, at any level, and with any type of project.

Educational Bits
I am an alumnus of Iowa State University where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree and pursued advanced studies in English and Technical Communication. I passionately pursued learning by taking leadership classes and am currently working to earn a certificate in professional coaching. A member of both PMI and ASTD, I take advantage of the networking and educational opportunities those organizations provide. And, I am constantly reminded that my colleagues and students can be the most valuable teachers available for me!
