Six Sigma Champion Overview (1-day workshop)
Six Sigma sounds great, but what is it really? And is it right for your organization? This interactive workshop is the opportunity you are looking for to get your feet wet and test the waters. Learn the history and basics of Six Sigma, the value that it has provided to other organizations, and leave with a plan tailored for your specific organization.

Six Sigma Green Belt (two 5-day sessions over a 2-month period)
Complete the work required for the green belt credential in Six Sigma under the guidance of an experienced Six Sigma facilitator. Participants will learn the five steps of the Six Sigma process and execute a project using the Six Sigma framework.

Kaizen & Six Sigma Yellow Belt Facilitator Workshop (length depends upon participant experience)
Learn to lead your organization’s process improvement efforts and be able to effectively facilitate a Kaizen Event.  Led by an experienced Kaizen facilitator, participants will be able to actively practice the proven tools and techniques of Kaizen facilitation, obtain 360 feedback on their current skills, and work toward a mastery of those skills.

Root Cause Analysis (1 or 2-day workshop)
Don’t treat the symptom when you can address the underlying cause! Learn proven steps of problem analysis that can be applied to both small and large problem events across your organization. Whether it’s a customer complaint or a product recall, getting to the root of the problem enables your organization to learn, improve, and ultimately prevent problems from recurring in the future.
